Community Fun Day
In 2002, just before the official opening and dedication of the West Warren Church Facility, Pastor Wingate inaugurated an annual outreach effort called Power Hope and Grace - Urban Life Center (PHG ULC) Community Family Fun Day (CFD).

This outreach initiative is an opportunity to invite the surrounding Community on the church grounds to share the love of Christ. The fun filled day offers human services from up to 50 agencies and vendors; food, clothing, gospel singing, toys, school supplies, hair cuts, amusement park rides, games and more. The CFD has served as many as 1,500 people through out the day. During each event, PHG-ULC provides everything free of charge including admission for everyone who attends.
